Important Note

Our policy of 30 days with proof of purchase applies to all return requests. This does not exclude your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law).

Liability for Subsequent Defects

1. We will repair or replace Goods which fail to comply with the provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or which show a defect. If you claim that an item is defective, the following conditions apply:

• The defect must be reported to us within a reasonable time of becoming apparent, and within 30 days of the date of purchase;
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided;
• The defect must result from faulty design or manufacture and not from misuse or normal wear and tear;
• You must return the defective Goods or parts to us if we request it.

We do not offer returns if you simply change your mind. We also do not offer returns on personalised items where personalisation details have been submitted incorrectly by the customer.

2. If we agree that we are liable, we will refund the cost of return postage and will repair or replace the Goods free of charge.
3. If we repair or replace the Goods, you have no additional claim against us in respect of the defect.

Refunds and Returns

These provisions apply if you return Goods to us for any reason:

1. We do not provide refunds or accept returns unless:

• The Goods were defective at the time of purchase; or
• We have agreed in writing to accept the return.

2. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and must be accompanied by a valid receipt. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
3. We do not offer returns for change of mind or on personalised items where details have been submitted incorrectly.
4. Before returning Goods, please ensure you have followed all care and use instructions.
5. Returned Goods should, where possible, be:

• In original condition with packaging;
• Securely wrapped;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

6. To initiate a return, you must contact us via our enquiry form, providing:

• Proof of purchase;
• Details of the item;
• Reason for return.

We will issue a returns authorisation. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. If the Goods are confirmed to be faulty, we will:

• Refund the cost of return postage;
• Repair or replace the Goods, or provide a refund where required.
