How long does it take to ship my order?

Your orders will be packed and posted on either the day they are placed or the next day (depending on the time of/ day of the week the order is placed).

Please allow 5-10 business days, depending on your location, as we are not located in a metro area, delivery times can vary.

We use Australia Post and once the order is lodged the shipment time is out of our control.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges or a store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and proof of purchase. Please contact us for more details.
