Laybuy Policy
At Top Paddock Clothing, we’re happy to offer lay buy as a flexible payment option to help you secure your favourite items.
Effective from 16th May 2025, the following conditions apply:
Any items to be held for more than 48 hours will now be considered a lay buy.
If held past this point without payment the item/s will be returned to stock.
A 20% deposit will be required once at time of holding if you are not able to return to the store within the 48 hour period.
Regular payments are to be made weekly or fortnightly—whatever works best for you.
There is no minimum amount for follow up payments.
Payments can be made in store, over the phone, or we can send you an invoice via email.
Please note, items will not be held without a deposit once the 48-hour window has passed.

What are your shipping costs and delivery timeframes?
We offer $15 flat-rate shipping and $20 express shipping across Australia. We also offer international shipping dependent on your location.
Please allow 5-10 business days, depending on your location, as we are not located in a metro area, delivery times can vary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment options, including major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Apple Pay, so you can shop with ease and flexibility.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges or a store credit within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and proof of purchase. Please contact us for more details.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various amounts, which can be used online or in-store. They’re the perfect way to let someone choose exactly what they want from our collection.
We also offer in store vouchers that can be used in store only.
